Seasonal and Annual Pitches
A weekend among the trees, waking up to birdsong and all the time in the world to be outdoors. With a seasonal or annual pitch at Athena Helios, your holiday spot is always close by.
Helios has around 80 annual pitches for touring caravans, on plots of about 100 m². In the cosy clubhouse, you can meet other guests for a drink and a chat. It's open daily during the season, and on weekends outside of it.

These rates exclude membership fees, tourist tax, and electricity consumption. Each pitch has its own electricity meter. Please ask us for the current electricity rate and conditions.

The total excludes membership fees, electricity, and water consumption. Each annual pitch has its own electricity meter.
In the first year, you pay a one-off €300 deposit and €87 connection and administration fees. These amounts are not included in the annual total.
Electricity and Standing Charge
Your annual pitch has a 10 ampere connection. You pay €90 standing charge per year (€22.50 per quarter). This is a fixed fee for a safe and reliable electricity connection up to your pitch.
The standing charge is billed quarterly together with the environmental levy. Your actual electricity usage is billed separately via your own meter. Ask us for the current rate per kWh.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is €160 per pitch per year and is included in the total above.
