Seasonal & Annual Pitches
The Ardennes change colors with every season, offering walks from your own spot and coming home to views over the Warche Valley. With an annual pitch at Athena Le Perron, you’ll enjoy outdoor living again and again.
Le Perron has around 90 seasonal and annual pitches. Standard plots are around 100 m² in size. In the cozy clubhouse, you can meet other guests for a drink and a chat. It’s open daily during the season, and at weekends outside of it.

Your own spot in the Ardennes
A permanent pitch gives you the freedom to visit Le Perron whenever you like. A long weekend, a few days in between, or a longer stay during the summer: your own spot is waiting for you.
Even outside the busiest summer months, staying at Le Perron is a pleasure. Explore the surrounding High Fens area, enjoy the nature around the park, or simply find a quiet corner on the site.
The clubhouse with bar is open daily during the season and on weekends outside the season.
Season Pitch
Want to enjoy Le Perron for several months in a row? Then a season pitch is a great choice. Depending on your preferences, you can select a period of multiple months.
Rates valid until February 1, 2026.

Each pitch has its own electricity meter. Electricity consumption, membership fees, and possible tourist tax are not included in the season pitch rates.

The total excludes membership fees and electricity consumption. Each annual pitch has its own electricity meter.
In the first year, you pay a one-time €300 deposit and €87 connection and administration fees. These amounts are not included in the annual total.
Tourist Tax
Since 2026, Athena collects the tourist tax for your annual pitch. This amounts to €100 per pitch per year and is included in the total above.
Electricity and Connection Fee
Your pitch has a 10 ampere connection. You pay €90 connection fee per year (€22.50 per quarter). This is a fixed charge for a safe and reliable electricity connection up to your pitch.
The connection fee is billed quarterly, together with the environmental tax. Your actual electricity consumption is billed separately via your own meter. Ask us for the current rate per kWh.

Your pitch has a 16 ampere connection. You pay a fixed annual fee of €144 (€36 per quarter). This is a fixed charge for a safe and reliable electricity connection up to your pitch.
The fixed charge is billed quarterly together with the environmental levy. Your actual electricity usage is billed separately through your own meter. Contact us for the current rate per kWh.
